Associate Professor at Tbilisi State University and former Chief Researcher in the Laboratory of Criminal Law and Criminology Department; was Docent and Associate Professor at the Caucasus University; Associate Professor of the Criminal Law Department of Georgian Technical University; Head of the Criminal Law Department of the Caucasus School of Law; and has authored more than 20 textbooks, monographs and professional publications.
