is looking for customer
service representatives for the Tbilisi office of an international Contact Center
company.
As a customer service
representative, you will:
·
communicate via
telephone, mail and/or chat with existing customers in order to answer their
inquiries
·
transfer more difficult
inquiries to higher level if necessary
·
demonstrate a strong customer
service orientation and take responsibility to ensure customers are
satisfied
·
give information about
the product or service to existing customers and prospects
·
proactively propose
improvements and feedback on the processes and ways of working to Team
Management / Operations Manager
·
register received
information properly in the system
Skills required for the
job:
·
Fluent in spoken and
written ITALIAN. The job interview will take place in Italian.
·
Excellent communication
skills
·
Superb at building rapport
with customers
·
End-user experience in
MS Office
·
High school degree
