Customer Service Representative – ITALIAN language

Do you know ITALIAN at such a high level that you can offer excellent service both oral and written to Italian speaking customers?

 

HRRA  is looking for customer service representatives for the Tbilisi office of an international Contact Center company.

 

As a customer service representative, you will:

·          communicate via telephone, mail and/or chat with existing customers in order to answer their inquiries

·          transfer more difficult inquiries to higher level if necessary

·          demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and take responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied 

·          give information about the product or service to existing customers and prospects 

·          proactively propose improvements and feedback on the processes and ways of working to Team Management / Operations Manager

·          register received information properly in the system

 

Skills required for the job:

·          Fluent in spoken and written ITALIAN. The job interview will take place in Italian.

·          Excellent communication skills

·          Superb at building rapport with customers

·          End-user experience in MS Office

·          High school degree
