On May 23, Rector of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University (TSU), Giorgi Sharvashidze held a meeting with President of Institut national des langues et civilisations orientales (National Institute for Oriental Languages and Civilizations, inalco), Manuelle Franck.
The sides discussed the plans of future cooperation. TSU and Paris-based Institut national des langues et civilisations orientales agreed to promote the development of Kartvelian studies. The relevant Memorandum of Cooperation will be signed in autumn. Rector Giorgi Sharvashidze invited the French delegation to the Science and Innovation Festival in Tbilisi.
