Holiday Inn is a brand of hotels forming part of the InterContinental Hotels Group and is one of the leading brands in hospitality industry. Holiday inn Tbilisi is looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Health Club Receptionist.

TITLE: Health Club Receptionist
DEPARTMENT: Health Club
REPORTS TO: Health Club Supervisor/Coordinator

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
 Fluent English, Russian is required. Any additional languages considered as a plus;
 Ability to speak, read, write, and communicate effectively ;
 Excellent phone & communication (conversation) skills;
 Problem solving skills which require exercising independent judgment;
 Attentive enough to control several tasks simultaneously;
 Representative capabilities;
 Respectful and helpful towards colleagues;
 Clean and positive appearance;
 Patient listening;
 Sense of humor;
 Computer skills;
 Complying with administrative principles and views;
 Ability to maintain strict client confidentiality;
 Ability to coordinate, analyze, observe, make decisions, and meet deadlines in a detail-oriented manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Greet all health club guests, take related phone calls and maintain a safe and clean area around the pool as well as around the reception desk;
 Accurately entering guest arrivals into the computer;
 Obtain knowledge about the pool facilities to assist the guest and have an understanding of where everything is located;
 Informing guests about all hotel services and trying to sell these services;
 Checking whether cash and credit cards have been properly processed;
 Attempting to resolve all guest complaints and problems;
 Be patient and enjoy talking with people;
 Be able to communicate effectively with a diverse age and ethnic population;
 Having documents ready at the desk;
 To perform daily cleaning tasks; 
 Input daily reports into proper files;
 Manage the membership records;
 Provide professional and friendly costumer service for every guest to exceed their expectations;
 Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
