International Conference “Chemistry Today and in the Future”

On November 16, at 10am, Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University (TSU) will host an international conference of students and young people “Chemistry Today and in the Future.” The conference will be dedicated to the 100th anniversary of TSU.

Participants of the conference will present papers on the important fields of chemistry, among them theoretical chemistry, inorganic chemistry, organic chemistry, physical and analytical chemistry, bioorganic chemistry, macromolecular chemistry, chemical technology, materials science, pharmacological chemistry, applied chemistry, ecology and environmental chemistry.

Students and young scientists from leading scientific centers and universities of Georgia, the United States, Russia, Germany, Italy, Spain, Poland, Turkey, Pakistan, Hungary and Australia, as well as members of the American Chemistry Society Georgia will participate in the conference.       

The authors of distinguished papers will be awarded diplomas by the Georgian Chemistry Society.

The initiators and organizers of the conference are: Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and Georgian Chemical Society. Its co-organizers are: Georgian Technical University; Tbilisi State Medical University; Akaki Tsereteli Kutaisi State University and Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University.
