Struggle for Defending Independence: February-March 1921

At 5pm on February 28, the Georgian Democratic Republic Center Library at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University (TSU) will hold a discussion on a topic “Struggle for Defending Independence: February-March 1921.” The discussion will cover the issues of occupation of the Georgian Democratic Republic by Soviet Russia in February-March 1921; hostilities between Georgia and Soviet troops.

TSU Associate Professor, historian Mikheil Bakhtadze and PhD student from the Department of History, Dimitri Silakadze will present papers.
